I wanted to wait till I'd been running my site for a while so I could give a true review. Happy to say the website has been up and running for about 2 months now and I'm really pleased with it. Claudia was a pleasure to work with and worked very hard to give me what I wanted..she even managed to interpret my vague design instructions!! She left me with full instructions on how to update the site, and I've been able to alter, add and amend categories and products relatively easily, with no previous website experience. Although it's still easy to contact SSW when help is needed (& believe me, it has been! 😂) The pricing was very clear from the start, and there were no hidden surprises. Claudia even helped me with my logo and some business stationery, which was much appreciated. I had tried to do a DIY site with Ionos, but it was just taking too long to get anywhere, I'm so glad I decided to switch to Super Simple Websites.

From the first call, I could tell Claudia really wanted to get a full understanding in terms of what I wanted the website to look like. She got it so right and more.
